Arriving at Ivalo Airport
Ivalo Airport is Finland's northernmost airport. In the winter season several flights can land close together, and taxis at the terminal can be busy at peak times — a pre-booked private transfer is the stress-free way to reach your accommodation.
When you book, send us your flight number and the name or address of your accommodation. Your driver meets you at the agreed meeting point — or, with meet & greet (+10 €), inside the arrival hall with a name sign.
Everything included in your airport transfer
- Private transfer — the vehicle is reserved for your group only
- Door-to-door service — from the terminal straight to your hotel, cabin, igloo or apartment
- Fixed prices — per vehicle, agreed before you travel, no booking fee
- Flight tracking — with your flight number we follow your arrival
- Luggage assistance — your driver helps load and unload your bags
- Professional local driver who knows the roads in every weather
- Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped for Arctic winter, up to 8 passengers
- Advance booking online, by booking request, phone or WhatsApp
Meet & greet and flight delays
Give us your correct flight number and we follow your arrival information, so your driver knows when you actually land. With meet & greet (+10 €) your driver waits for you inside the arrival hall at Ivalo Airport with a name sign and helps you with your luggage to the vehicle.
Meet & greet includes a 60-minute buffer for delayed flights. If your flight is delayed longer or your plans change, contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +358 400 990 664 and we agree on the next steps.
